1. Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within Egypt only.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on Fridays or public holidays.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times depend on your location:

Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 2–6 business days

4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details (if available).
6. Delivery Attempts
Our courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If delivery fails, the order may be returned to us.
7. Cash on Delivery (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a payment option. Please ensure the correct amount is available upon delivery.
