HIGHTEC ATF 9005

HIGHTEC ATF 9005 is a high-performance ATF (automatic
transmission fluid) with reduced viscosity based on a special base
oil composition of HC synthetic oils and fully synthetic PAOs
(polyalphaolefins). Its optimised friction coefficient system ensures
comfortable gear changes, even at full power, and remains effective
throughout the entire change interval. The reduced viscosity and
optimised viscosity-temperature behaviour enable a significant
reduction in consumption and CO2 emissions.

HIGHTEC ATF 9005 has been adapted to the specific requirements
of Mercedes-Benz 7-speed automatic transmissions (NAG-2/type
722.9 from 21 June 2010). According to the manufacturer's specifications, HIGHTEC ATF 9005 can also be used in many other
automatic transmissions, e.g. 8-/9-/10-speed automatic transmissions. HIGHTEC ATF 9005 is not backward compatible
with earlier ATF specifications.
